Talent Acquisition Simplified

Phase 1-Project Confirmation Week 1

  • Project confirmation, cost effective process
  • Develop ideal candidate profile, qualifiers
  • Write custom posting piece. Post on specific sites
  • Develop target list to mine LinkedIn, Indeed & other sites
  • Manage application process

Phase 2 - Review submissions Weeks 2 to 4

  • Sort & qualify submissions
  • Develop Interview Questions, behavioural based
  • Tel./Skype/In Person - Qualify viable candidates for long list
  • Client meeting & Client report to present findings & long list of candidates to arrive at short list for interviews
  • Notify short listed candidates

Phase 3 - Client & Consutant Interviews & Selection Weeks 4-5 or earlier

  • Schedule client interviews with short listed candidates (consultant present to faclilitate)
  • Conduct references (finalist candidate(s))
  • Assist with hiring negotiations & onboarding
